Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was spotless, and the staff were friendly; I will definitely stay again. The room was modern, clean, and well-appointed, with a great touch being able to cast to the TV. However, the dining experience was very poor not having real coffee and lactose-free milk as an option.
The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere with a view over to the adjacent hotel balconies. The rooms are spacious and wheelchair-friendly, making it convenient for all guests. Service is efficient with staff dressed in smart modern uniforms, although there were some issues with shaken-up beers upon delivery. The location is ideal for exploring street art and attending shows at the Empire Theatre. The dining experience, while not perfect, offers delicious grilled vegetables. Overall, a good value for a weekend getaway.
Staying in this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the loud music from the bar until 2 am was a downside. The service was professional and kind, and the location was convenient, although the lack of deck chairs for lounging was a missed opportunity. The dining experience had both positive and negative aspects, with room for improvement in the menu offerings.
